It waits for a relaxing holiday in the upper frieze house surrounded by family and dog friendly holiday village of Neßmersiel in dead end street and play area with fully 1.20m high fenced landscaped grounds.

All necessary facilities such as supermarket (opening times depending on the season), bakery, restaurants, tea room, playground, bike and canoe rental, indoor playground storm free and spa area with sauna are unceremoniously within walking distance.
The 1.20 m high fenced garden with large south facing terrace and garden area incl. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and Spielgzeug and small sandpit for the kids promise cozy hours outdoors. In the garden house you will also find bikes and Bobby Car for your children.
The ground floor has a laundry room incl. Washing machine and ironing facilities, a maritime bathroom with shower and toilet, the cozy bedroom ‘sea breeze’ with double bed (1.80m) and an open-plan living and dining room with open kitchen. Furnished in a modern country style living room has a couch, 42 ‘flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Besides Blanket for cooler days or evenings cozy you will also find a small selection of DVDs for our small and large guests as well as books and board games. The dining room offers solid wood table seating for 6 people plus baby. In the available highchair also of / Smallest keeps track of breakfast or lunch / dinner at the table. Glasses for wine, champagne, beer, juice / water and brandy are available naturally enough. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine, food processor, electric kettle, egg cooker, waffle maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, all necessary cooking utensils and ample crockery – so makes cooking fun!
Upstairs is the bedroom ‘Klabauterkiste’ with two single beds, toys are for children and a CD player. The small maritime bathroom is equipped with skylights, shower and toilet. In the bedroom ‘break’ with large double bed (1.80 m) and wardrobe also a cot (incl. Pillowcases & Oberbettinlet). The rocking chair invites you once again to read a good book in peace or to lull your baby to sleep. The stairs to the ground floor is secured by a stair gate.
Bed linen and towel sets are welcome to be placed ready for a small fee.
In our house, we provide a Babysitting / Child-kit. This includes: changing mat, baby bath, bath toys, high chair, dishes, stair gate, toilet seat reducer, small ottoman, nightlight and a wand / blender for preparing baby food.
The rooms upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms are equipped with a fußfreundlichen, rustic country laminate. All other rooms are tiled.
The bedrooms are completely darkened by blinds in the living room and all the windows were fitted with custom-made pleats.
In our house, children and dogs are welcome guests!
