Following this motto, I would like to invite you to get to know my end of 2017 newly renovated, high-quality equipped holiday house for allergic persons and to feel during your holiday “just like home”. In a quiet residential area (dead end position) you can escape the stress of everyday life and fully relax during your holiday. The spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people in total (plus 1. Toddler under 3 years possible).
The house is located in Nenndorf in Holtriemer country, right on the bike and hiking trail and in the immediate vicinity of the Nenndorfer mill – close to the coast and central to the cities of Aurich, Esen, north and Wittmund. For the things of daily life you will find bakers, various. Supermarkets, restaurants, div. Banks, doctors, a pharmacy and a gas station in the immediate vicinity or on site.
Although the house is located outside the mass tourism, but nevertheless all holiday attractions are easily accessible, z. For example, the Eternal Sea with its beautiful resting places on the wooden jetties or Tannenhäuser See, which invites you to bathe for free, to linger or even to test / test drive the newly built water ski and wakeboard facility in 2016, the Strandbad Dornumersiel (15 min reachable), Neßmersiel, Bensersiel and much more.
Especially to mention is that you as a large family together can make very good vacation: Another apartment (for 2 persons) is separately zubuchbar.
Another advantage is that your arrival is not tied to the weekend, but can also be rented for each weekday you want. Minimum rental outside high season: 5 days, in high season: 7 days.
The house was set up as an allergy house and is intended exclusively as such.
For this reason, pets and smoking in the cottage are not allowed.
The indicated rental price refers to 2 persons and includes all consumption costs (excl. Laundry). Each additional person costs 15,00 Euro / night. 1 infant under 3 years stays free.
Bed linen and towel packages (1 bath towel and 2 towels) can be booked for a fee of 7.50 € / person. Beach towels are to bring your own.
The final cleaning / service fee i. H. v. 80,00 Euro is to be paid locally to the property management.
After booking you will receive from me a lease for signature and for your documents.
