Our child-friendly 4 **** (after DTV) Apartment is located in a cul de sac location, quiet, yet centrally located and offers 2 sunny bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, freezer / refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom and 2 toilets the necessary clearance. The living room is comfortably furnished with a warm seating area. Of course, part of a SAT-TV (flat screen), stereo, telephone (with own number) to your apartment. The beautiful, central entrance leads through a large additional conservatory, which is often used by all the guests as a meeting place, games room or reading room. Our apartment on the North Sea is located in East Friesland. Close to Dornumersiel, Esen, Aurich, the EEZ, and Bensersiel. Your own car can be parked on our specially designated parking. To bring their own bicycles you are welcome to accommodate in the bike shed. A large garden (300 m²) with lawn (various seating areas, deckchairs with barbecue, gazebo) is also at your disposal. For our younger guests swings, ball, sandpit and paddling pool are available.

Our land ‘Holtriem’ has a size of 82.95 square kilometers and is located primarily on a ridge of which is surrounded in the south and west by vast moor areas and the east of forest land.
