Our newly created apartment is located in the northwest of East Friesland, near the tranquil harbor town of Leer. Filsum is part of the municipality Jümme and from radio and television announced. Centrally located on the motorway feeder Filsum, the place offers cyclists (close to the German-Fehnroute located), anglers, recreation seekers, motorcyclists and all other people a lot. The North Sea coast is about 45 minutes drive. The cities of Emden and Aurich be reached in about 30 minutes. Even the Ammerland is very close.
The apartment is on the tail end of our house and was completely renovated in 2015/2016. It is about 80 m2 and can accommodate 2 people; possibly can a third and fourth person sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is fully equipped; all the furniture and appliances are new. You will find the dish towel to everything you need.
In the area there is much to discover. Leer is with its beautiful old town is always worth a trip. In summer you can refresh yourself at Jümmesee. The North Sea is about 45 minutes away by car. In Papenburg you can z. B. visit the Meyer Werft, there large cruise ships are built.
The apartment has its own entrance. There they will find a spacious kitchen, a large living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed, a bedroom with two single bed frames and wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower (towels and hair dryer available).

With easterly wind can sometimes hear the highway. We live in the same house and it remains safe from not that they listen to our young children. We also have a dog who occasionally barks.
We live in the country-which means: see in the summer and you hear sometimes the cows and equipment to farmers.
