The quiet, bright apartment is furnished in Nordic / Scandinavian style. It is situated in the middle of meadows and fields. The 3600 m² garden invites you to linger.
The apartment itself has 2 separate bedrooms with 4 sleeping possibilities. In one bedroom is a double bed, the other bedroom has a pull out double bed.
In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on a pull-out sofa. Smart TV, radio and DVD player with some DVDs are also available.
In the kitchen is a dining table, where you can eat, play, talk and laugh. The kitchen has a very good equipment. In addition to an oven with ceramic hob, there is a fridge in the kitchen with a small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are available so that you do not have to rinse after every meal.
In the bathroom with sink, toilet, rain shower and floor heating you can start well in the day.
For small children there is a children’s cot, high chair, trip-trap chair, baby-fon, night light, children’s cutlery and plastic dishes.
To the apartment belongs our covered “listening-arbor” – an Freisitz with table and benches and a grill. Here one can also underline bicycles. There are also 2 sunbaths, which can be arranged in the garden. Other sunbaths are in the garden, which you can also use. A sunny / shady spot is found.
Dogs are welcome with us and get their own equipment package with dog covers, towels, potholes and bowls.
Even if the apartment is very quiet, you are in 5 minutes in the neighboring place (Augustfehn), which has Edeka, Lidl and Aldi. Likewise, opticians, good bakers, post offices, pharmacies, doctors, dentists, veterinarians, pet shop, BARF manufacturers and other nice shops are available.
From the apartment you can cycle beautifully along our canals the Fehnroute or the Ammerland-route along, trips to the North Sea, beautiful walks with dog and child or simply relax. The beautiful cities of Oldenburg and Leer invite you to stroll and shop.
The “Kräuterkörbchen”, the owner’s seminar house is also located on the property. Maybe there’s going to be a nice wild herb walk. More information at
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. A women’s, men’s and children’s bike can be borrowed for free.
