Adjacent to the traditional ‘Nenndorfer mill’ You will find the cozy ‘cottage bead mill’ in the village of Nenndorf in Westerholt directly on Holtriemer hiking and biking trail.
The ‘House Mill Pearl’ is surrounded by typical East Frisian landscape near meadows and fields as well as central to the sea, the city and free swimming lakes, as the DLRG lake Tannenhausen. For the everyday things of life can be found in just a few minutes several supermarkets, bakeries, ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, a chemist, various doctors, a gas station and banks.
Our ‘pearl mill’ has been lovingly furnished in Frisian country house style and offers on two floors all the comfort you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday!
Sit back and let you relax after a long day at the beach or relaxing stroll in the garden. The 1.40 m high fenced garden with a large lawn area and South / West terrace incl. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and toys and a small sandbox for your kids promises pleasant hours outdoors.
The ground floor has a laundry room incl. Washing machine, iron / ironing board and ample storage space for your purchases. The ground floor also has a tiled modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet, a cozy bedroom ‘mill dream’ with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with 37 ‘flat screen TV, an open plan living & dining room with open kitchen. Furnished in a modern country style living room has a comfortable 2 and 3 units couch, a wing chair with ottoman, 50 ‘flat screen TV (HD +), a DVD player and hi-fi stereo system with docking station. Besides Blanket for cooler days or evenings cozy you will also find a small selection of DVDs for our small and large guests as well as books and board games. The dining room offers a large wooden table seats 8 people plus baby. In the available highchair also of / Smallest keeps track of breakfast or lunch / dinner at the table. Glasses for wine, champagne, beer, juice / water and liquor are available naturally enough. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and touch control, oven with hot air and top / bottom heat, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine, wand / stick blender, kettle, waffle maker, toaster, sandwich toaster and all other necessary kitchenware and plenty of dishes – so makes cooking fun!
Upstairs are the bedrooms ‘Klabauterkiste’ with two single beds (0,80m x 2,00m), a separate play area with toys, books, CD player and CD’s for your kids. The two twin beds can each move out to a double bed on a bed size of 1.60 x 2.00 m. The tiled modern bathroom is equipped with skylights, shower and toilet. In the bedroom, ‘Cuddle Nest’ with large double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) and wardrobe also comes with a cot (incl. Canopy Cushions & Oberbettinlet). The rocking chair invites you once again to read a good book in peace or to lull your baby to sleep.
Bed linen and towel sets are welcome to be placed ready for a small fee.
In our house, we provide a Babysitting / Child-kit. This includes: cot, baby bath, high chair, children’s crockery, night light, toilet seat reducer, small ottoman and blender / wand for the preparation of baby food.
The hallway, utility room and the bathrooms are fully tiled. All other rooms are equipped with a fußfreundlichen, rustic country laminate. The bedrooms and the living room can be darkened by special blinds.
In our house, children and dogs are welcome guests!
Surely your dog will quickly feel at home in our house and finds a cozy place to sleep. A separate dog area with large dog basket (diameter about 1.20) as well as eating and drinking cup are available.
Please note that our neat thatched house is a Non smoking home!
The beaches of Neßmersiel and Dornumersiel both have beach chairs as well as one large children’s play area and can be reached in a few minutes. Neßmersiel is known for its dog-friendly beach incl. Agility park, separate dog beach with beach chairs and free special tread for your four-legged friend. Here is also the ferry dock to the island Baltrum.
The city of Aurich invites only 15 km north of the city in just 18 km either for a stroll, theater, museum or cinema one. In the north dike, 22 km away, you can take a ferry to North dike or Juist.
Interested in Golf? Then the 18-hole ‘Golf course Castle Lütetsburg’ (about 13km) with driving range, etc. is just the thing to swing quietly alone or with friends once again the bat.
