Our cottage was renovated 2015/2016 and will be the first time offered for rent.
It is located in close proximity to the dike in a small cul de sac away from the bustle of everyday life, so that they feel the peace here and can relax from everyday life. For children there are plenty of opportunities to play, for example, in the enclosed garden or on Wendenhammer directly at the house. There is no traffic and our semi-detached house located in the second row behind the street. A playground is nearby.
The beautifully furnished house offers 95 sqm enough space for 7 people.
On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living area is furnished with a fireplace, where you can spend good times together.
Next door is the living room, the new, fully fitted kitchen. Here you are among others a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a coffee-and Senseo machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer available.
The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed. All windows have shutters on the ground floor.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a very large shower.
In the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a cot and a LCD color TV, in. 2 Bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed and another LCD color TV. In both rooms the windows can be darkened by blinds.
There is also a second, well-equipped bathroom.
Washing machine, high chair, cot (no cot), fly screens and 2 awnings are also featured.
By 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can sometimes bring good grandparents or family friends, there are 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the top floor are.
Due to the smaller but dining kitchen, the house is covered with the best 6 people, but sleeping facilities consist of 7 people and a small child. Then it is in the kitchen, however, somewhat narrower.

Near the house there is parking for 2 cars.
Cleaning costs € 50, plus € 10 for each dog.
Sheets, towels and kitchen towels can be rented on site at our housekeeper. Optionally, the beds can be based.
