NESSMERSIEL AND THE EASTFRISIAN NORTH SEA COAST
Sea, sand and beach, wind and waves, ebb and flow, iodine-containing salt air, a healthy stimulating and healthy climate and much, much expanse await you here in every season.
Here you can relax and rest from everyday life!
Our 2015 newly built Ostfrieslandhuus located in the upper Drosselstrasse in the newly developed horn van’t Diek (here are emerging even more new holiday homes, under construction). From here you can reach in a few minutes on foot or by bike to the dike, the beach, shops and restaurants.
The house is about 110 square meters and first floor there is a large, bright living / dining room with kitchen, a bedroom, a storage room and a large sauna bath (with shower / toilet). In the sauna can accommodate up to 4 people.
Upstairs another shower-bath / WC and a bedroom and a nursery is located.
The bathrooms and the living / dining area, and the hall are equipped with underfloor heating.
Total sleeps 6 exist plus 1 children or Baby travel bed.
The entire house with a friendly and bright atmosphere.
Screens on the windows or Flyscreen doors are available.
The 350 square meter garden is south facing and Southwest oriented (in the summer evening sun to about 21 h) and has a large sun terrace.
On the north side is for our sauna guests also a terrace.
Of course, the house is in the heating season (1st 10-1. 4.) cozy, partly heated with underfloor heating.
Nessmersiel is located on the East Frisian North Sea, right on the dike. This intimate, secluded location is particularly suitable for families and ideal for those seeking tranquility.
From Nessmersiel from start your mudflats. By ferry of Baltrum line takes you to the immediately offshore island Baltrum. The ferry ports to the other East Frisian Islands (Borkum, Norderney, Juist, Langeoog, Spiekeroog and Wangerooge) are comfortably in 20-40 minutes by car.
Nessmersiel belongs to the municipality Dornum and has a supermarket with a bakery (open during peak season about In mid-March to early November), several restaurants, playgrounds, football ground and is surrounded by numerous water, hiking and biking trails. It is just 1.5 km from the beach.
