Our sunny holiday home (south-facing terrace) with free Wi-Fi is comfortably and comfortably furnished. It was renovated in 2018 and modernized. It offers accommodation in two bedrooms for four people, a travel cot is also available. In addition, there is the possibility in the living room to convert the couch into a 1.6 x 2.0 m large bed in just a few steps for another two beds. Thus, a total of six beds are available. Furthermore, upstairs is a bathroom with washer and dryer. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The new fitted kitchen has an electric stove with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, kitchen scales and egg cooker. The living-dining room is equipped with modern furniture. A dining table with chairs and a high chair are at your disposal. The new leather corner couch invites you to relax. A stove completes the cozy atmosphere. Further features include a 32 inch LCD TV and a top-floor TV in the living room, a radio-CD player and a DVD player. The garden to the south has a covered terrace with electric awning and high quality garden furniture, a beach chair and an outdoor barbecue. Directly at the house is the parking space.
There is a possibility that towels and bed linen can be booked for a fee through our manager.
Final cleaning (50 €) and tourist tax will be charged upon arrival and will be paid directly to our manager.
