Property Description
In one small section of the house there is a separate apartment with its own entrance from the outside, but completely independent of the rest of the house occupied by you. A railway line runs next to the property. Parents are responsible for their children. The owner cannot be held liable for accidents, problems or fines which arise from ignoring the prohibition.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
