The holiday apartment is located in a three-family house on the ground floor. The house was modernized regularly in recent years. The house is situated in the old part of Bremen-Findorff in a quiet side street next to the Bürgerweide.
The central railway station is 7 minutes away. The city center is within walking distance in about 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, located at 200 meters a bus stop which is 5 minutes to the City. In about 200m away is the most beautiful park of Bremen, Citizens Park.
Before the house parking is available, however public no parking fee. During the day you can always find a place quickly. Evening after work you have to look like in every city a bit, but you can always find a place.
The apartment layout and equipment
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc .. Pots, pans, crockery and all necessary kitchen equipment are present, so that the kitchen can be used wisely. In the kitchen there is a table with two chairs.
From the kitchen, you can on the balcony. The balcony is rearward facing with views of the garden. Here it is very quiet.
In the basement is a washing machine that can be used free of charge. A clothes dryer is in the apartment. Likewise, an ironing board and iron are provided there.
The bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses (90×200 cm). The blankets (135x200cm) and cushion (80x80cm) have standard size.
The living room has a dining table with 4 seats. Furthermore, here is a 37 inch flat – screen TV, which is fed via satellite. The living room and the second is sleeping on the sofa bed that can be pulled out. For the sofa bed is required a large fitted sheet. (Unless bedding has been booked)
The bathroom has a bath with shower screen.
Wireless internet is available in the apartment. The registration code is posted in the hallway.
Arrival, Departure and key
You can from 14 o’clock in the apartment. Optionally earlier by arrangement.
Keys should be collected via a key safe, which is freely accessible front of the house at the front door. Keycode you received with the booking confirmation. You can thus arrive at any time into the night.
The apartment must be vacated at 10am. Exceptions are possible, provided the same day no new guests arriving.
