For this we provide you with our very central and convenient city apartment available!
We offer you on 50m ² a modern, individual and high quality furnished 2 bedroom apartment. This was renovated in November 2017 and offers enough space for 4 guests. Whether you want to be our guest for pleasure or business – a short trip or a longer stay – you will surely feel at home with us!
The bright living room with breakfast bar, secretary, designer leather couch – can be converted to a bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) if needed – has u. a. via a 50 inch Multimedia Flat TV with Harman Kardon Sounsystem and cable connection. Highspeed – WLAN is available to our guests free of charge! The bedroom invites you with its “RUF” double bed (1,80 x 2,00) and high-quality mattresses to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove (ceramic hob, oven), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
In the modern shower room you will find enough space for your bath utensils. There we provide you with towels, soap dispensers and hair dryers for free!
The additional storage room offers enough space for your suitcases and cloakroom.
The apartment is completely tiled and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. Numerous green plants ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! There is the possibility in the hallway with large windows.
On request, we will provide you with an additional travel or guest bed in the apartment. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. In the house there is the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. A small welcome gift and 2 bottles of mineral water make for a pleasant start to your stay!
Location: The apartment is located on the 4th floor (2 elevators available) only about 5 minutes walk from Bremen Central Station, public transport, very central to the highway and to many shops and the exhibition center (ÖVB Arena). The well-known musical theater, the green ramparts with the mill, the Domshof with the Roland, the Bremen Town Musicians and the Town Hall are within a few hundred meters. The “Weser Stadium”, the numerous museums, cultural sites, theaters and the old town of Bremen with the “Schnoor” and the “Böttchergasse” can be reached in a few minutes. In the Advent season invites the famous “Bremen Christmas Market” and the “Schlachtezauber” to stroll.
Parking: Within 300 meters there are several garages from € 4.50 per day.

In the apartment you will find numerous documents on excursion tips, factory tours (eg. Mercedes plant), museums and events.

For a stay of one or two weeks on request, a cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen after appointment.
