Ferch on the shores of the Schwielowsee is an attractive recreation area with lido, boat hire and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is 15 km to Potsdam and 45 km to the center of Berlin. Both cities are easily accessible by car via the attractive lake bypass or via the motorway, at which Ferch on the southern ring A10 has its own exit. For cyclists and hikers Ferch is a popular holiday resort, with bike paths around the Schwielowsee and Templiner See and the European Cycle Route and the forests and lakes stretched out for hikers.
Our fisherman’s cottage was renovated in accordance with the monument protection in 2015/2016 and supplemented by a generous extension. It is located on a 600 m2 romantic property, about 50 meters from Schwielowsee. The fisherman’s cottage has two spacious terraces and a private parking space and is fully accessible inside and out.
It is exclusive and high quality equipped and has u. A. via internet-enabled TV in the living room and bedroom, as well as free Wi-Fi. It is also comfortable by a floor heating and in the bedroom with additional wall heating. For the sake of the environment, we have invisibly installed a photovoltaic system on top of the extension, including a large battery pack, which covers a large part of the electricity consumption of the house.
The modern and high-quality kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and oven and is fully equipped.
