Discover Ferch, the “Pearl at Schwielowsee” in its idyllic location. Relax at the end of the day on the shores of Lake Schwielow and enjoy the sunset and the silence of nature. Spend your vacation in one of the most attractive recreation areas on the outskirts of Potsdam and Berlin, in the friendly and romantic “Casa del Sol”. Beach bath, boat lounging area and various gastronomic facilities you will find directly “on the doorstep”.
The 65 m² apartment is decorated in Mexican, Mediterranean style and leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Of course, there is also a flat screen with cable TV and Internet WLAN as well as radio available. The kitchen with all the technical details will also give you the pleasure of cooking on vacation. From the living-dining area you reach the spacious terrace with an integrated hot tub (whirlpool). This is cooling on summer days and warming in starry night. The bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet completes the overall picture.
In short: ideal for couples and families or holidays with friends, bike and water holidaymakers. There is a baby cot as well as a high chair for the youngest guests. Pets are welcome at an additional cost. In the garden there is a small terrace and a lawn; High quality garden furniture with garden grill invite you to unwind. There should be nothing missing.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our house and has its own access.
We live on the first floor with our daughter Frida (4.5 years) and are always available with help and advice.
Ferch is surrounded by beech, mixed and coniferous forests, through which romantic cycling and hiking trails meander.
The Schwielowsee is a paradise for recreation seekers as well as for active holidaymakers and cultural enthusiasts.
Casa del Sol Vacation Apartment
The Casa del Sol is about 100 m away from Schwielow lake. Our 60 m² vacation rental with heated floors stretches over the whole of the house.
The 65 m² vacation rental is located in a Mexican / Mediterranean and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The bedroom is furnished with a double sized bed. As expected, amenities such as WIFI internet and cable television are always available. Not to mention, a flat-screen TV to watch it on. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, giving you the freedom to cook for yourself on your vacation. You can reach the spacious terrace by walking through the living-room. There you’ll find a built-in whirlpool hot tub. The hot tub is cool on hot summer days and warm on starry nights. The bathroom with shower, toilet and heated floors completes the overall picture.
In summary: This is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends. We also have a highchair reserved just for your little ones. Pets are welcome after a pre-approval and a small additional charge. In the garden, you’ll find a small balcony and an open lawn with tables, and a grill that just beg you to relax. We can not wait for you. We even have bicycles for adults and children for your use.

La Casa del Sol estás aproximadamente 100 m a del lago Schwielow. Nuestro 65 m² of habitable space. Living area with 2 single sofa beds, dining table, dining table, satellite-TV, exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool.
El 65 m² detached duplex apartment in the center of the city. El dormitorio está amoblado con una cama doble. Naturalmente viene con un televisor de pantalla flat con cable, wifi y una radio. La cocina está equipada con aparatos de alta calidad que te permités cocinar para ti mismo en tus vacaciones. El terraza se encuentra afuera del salón. Allí encontrarás una bañera Whirlpool de hidromasaje empotrado. La bañera te mantiene fresco en el verano y caliente en las noches estrelladas. El baño con ducha, inodoro y pisos calefaccionados completa la imagen ideal.
En resumen: Perfecto para parejas, familias, vacaciones con amigos, ciclistas, o también para los que quit un poco playa y sol. Tenemos hasta una silla de niños reservada. Mascotas están permitidas después de aprobación y un pequeño costo extra. En el jardín se encuentra un pequeño balcón y un patio con césped amoblado con sillas, mesas, y una parilla que te invitan a relajar. No te debe faltar nada. También tenemos disponibles bicicletas para niños y adultos.
