The high quality furnished apartment is located in a quiet location surrounded by nature and is located directly on two beautiful lakes with the Zens and the Platkowsee. The apartment itself is located in a forester’s lodge, which forms with three smaller buildings an isolated Aussiedlerhof in the middle of a wooded area. The yard has a lawn with jetty and on request, a rowboat is also available. The nearest cities reachable in 15 to 20 minutes are Templin and Lychen in the district of Uckermark, Brandenburg.
On a floor space of about 120 square meters you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a 180 cm wide double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, all of which are decorated according to specific themes (butterfly room ….). The Butterfly Room has an en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower and double vanity, tiled with bright natural travertine stone tiles. Next to the green bedroom with the theme “Hope” lies the spacious bathroom with large bathtub, rain shower and also a double vanity. In the entrance area is still a separate guest toilet.
The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, table lamps, a coffee table and even a rocking chair. Of course, a Blueray player and flatscreen TV with satellite reception are also part of the high-quality equipment. The living room opens to the large sunny west terrace (32 sqm) and the kitchen. A fully equipped open kitchen with dining area (induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired.

Currently the gable façade is being renovated, but from the inside there is nothing to notice; everything is lovingly and comfortably furnished! We would like to draw your attention to the façade part so that you are not surprised and disappointed when you arrive. We wish you a nice and relaxing stay with us.
On request, a local game warden will be available to take you on game viewing and hunting in the hunting grounds. The area offers deer and fallow deer, wild boars, deer, foxes, raccoons, ducks, white-tailed eagles and many more exciting wild and bird species. Hunting opportunities are possible on request.
