In the living room there is a couch with sleeping loft for 2 persons and a couch available. Also a large TV is available. The functional kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, a stove with oven and 4 hobs, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A dining table with seating for 5 is located in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and bathtub with shower wall. To the apartment belongs a large terrace with sunbathing and barbecue. Going through the garden, you arrive at the Stadtsee. There is a rowing and a paddle boat, which can be used or you can simply swim, sit down to the water and relax.
