Property Description
Our apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and has a living room with comfortable sleeping sofa, well equipped kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom and separate WC. The entire apartment is surrounded by a balcony (east, south, west), so you have sunshine from morning to night, if you want. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals; Coffee machine, Senseo, water cooker, toaster, microwelle.
Our house is situated in the midst of the Hohentauern and is a central starting point for many beautiful excursion destinations: the famous Krimmler waterfalls are 7 km away, Kitzbühel, Zell am See, Kaprun, Großglockner popular destinations. The Mozartstadt Salzburg is 125 km away and therefore also a nice day trip.
Our “Hausberg”, the Wildkogel-Arena is 2 km away, the ski bus stop is 400 meters away. Our family-friendly ski area with its 64 km of perfectly prepared and snow-sure slopes offers a fantastic snow-boarding experience for beginners and advanced skiers. Other great ski areas: Gerlosplatte, Königsleiten, Pass Thurn-Kitzbuehel – all within a half hour drive.
The summer offers wonderful opportunities for hikers, mountain or e-bikers and an Eldorado for motorcyclists.
