We rent the top floor apartment in our beautiful holiday home in Bosau in direct sea location. The house stands on a 3500 sqm plot. The lake is only 50m. In the lower apartment lives an elderly lady, in the house next door we live and are happy to help you with any questions.
Your apartment has a large living room with dining area and a covered west-facing balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a small, well-equipped kitchen. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). On request, we are happy to provide a cot without a grid (70 x 140 cm) and / or a travel cot with additional mattress (120 x 60 cm). Please note that for 4 adults, the fifth and sixth person traveling together may only be one child sleeping in the cot or travel cot.
From all three rooms you have a beautiful lake view with many beautiful sunsets and views of the Gut Nehmten. The kitchen and bathroom overlook the back garden.
You enter your apartment via your own private entrance in the rear extension of the house. There is also the approximately 25 square meter spa area with sauna and a large shower. Via a spacious staircase you reach your lovingly furnished, approx. 80 square meter apartment. In the rear garden area there are several parking possibilities. Gladly can be grilled here.
Our lake property (2000 sqm) with private boat dock is available during your stay. The beach chair invites you to linger and our large trampoline, a canoe and a rowboat may be used. The water is shallow in this part of the lake for a very long time. Ideal for children.
Very good windsurfing area.
It is a Non smoking property; smoking on the covered balcony is allowed.
Pets are not wanted.
The minimum rental period is 2 nights.
