Because of its mountainside location, the house is situated on the first floor, but features a private garden at the back. Its ideal location, near the lake, makes this holiday home perfect for a summer holiday. The lake is within walking distance from the house and there are also a few swimming beaches nearby. Your balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the magnificent lake views. The location is ideal in winter, too! You’re only 2,500 metres away from the Kanzelbahn gondola lift, which takes you up to the skiing area of Gerlitzen, where you’ll find some of Carinthia’s most beautiful ski pistes. All in all, an ideal holiday destination, both in summer and winter. The house comes with its own parking space in the carport below. During the winter, this means that you can drive to the pistes with an ice and snow-free car. There’s also a place to store your skis. Even day trips to Italy and Slovenia are possible from here.
