High-quality gallery house with terrace and barbecue in the countryside, enjoy convivial evenings and cozy get-togethers with friends or with the family, make the ideal starting point for exploring North Rhine Westphalia.
We provide the accommodation on a daily basis.
You can take a daily usage fee from the FEWO calculator.

The modern house is situated on a green estate and a pleasant ambience in Bochum with excellent connections to airports, trains and buses.
The newly renovated gallery house is modern furnished. It expects you on approx. 100m ² and on two floors a modern as well as romantic flair. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to all the important utensils for self-sufficiency, you will still find a dishwasher, a toaster, a JURA espresso machine, an induction cooker, a Miele oven and. V. M. in front. The light-flooded dining area in the gallery invites you to dine together or for a social get-together. The gallery house is not a party house. Music only in the house possible. In the gallery is free 150 Mbit Internet / WIFI found. Adjacent to the gallery is the living room with a corner couch and a 60 ” LED TV with free pay TV. The couch can also be used as a sleeping accommodation for a disabled person. In addition, it is possible to set up more air beds (95x200cm). On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. In the first bedroom is once a double bed (180cm) and separated by a screen a French bed (140cm). The second bedroom has a king size bed (160cm) and a wardrobe for your wardrobe. On the open gallery upstairs are three more sleeping accommodations. A sofa bed (160cm) for two people and another air bed (95x200cm) for one person provide ample sleeping space for all travelers. The open gallery area is not air-conditioned but heated The modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. Bed linen and towels are already included in the rent.
The green property not fenced fenced. Here are two parking spaces available. An electric gate opener to the property is ready for you. A terrace with a Weber Gas Grill (May – September) invites you not only for convivial evenings. Due to the location in the countryside, the retreat and privacy are very much appreciated here.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house. However, it may be smoked in the garden or on the terrace. The rental is for 4 people at the base price, but accommodation is possible in beds up to 7 people. The other sleeping arrangements are then partly on extra air beds. Please note here that it will be closer in the house with a minimum occupancy of eight people. The comfort is then limited.
