The terraced house can accommodate eight people. A travel cot for infants can be added at no extra charge.
The ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen. The adjacent, open living room with a dining table for eight people, a comfortable seating area and satellite TV. Also on the ground floor there is the entrance hall with cloakroom and WC. At the other end of the ground floor is a wall of windows with exit to the terrace and the adjacent garden.
The terrace with a seating area for eight people, awning and parasol offers sun protection and the opportunity to relax. The adjacent garden contributes to relaxation.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A bathroom and a storeroom. The daylight bathroom has a shower, toilet and a bath.
The attic has a sitting area, two double beds, a cot and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Parking is available on the private property of the estate of terraced houses. Bicycles can be parked covered and protected on the grounds of the house.
The minimum rental is two nights.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, water and heating are included in the rent of 120,00 € / day, for an occupancy of 4 people. For each additional person we charge 19,00 € / day.
The price for the final cleaning is 40,00 €.
You live in a tastefully furnished holiday home on three levels, with fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious living room, on a total of 130m ² living space, with adjoining terrace and garden, in the district Oberhausen – Osterfeld.
The Centro with its promenade and adjacent attractions such as; Marina, Sea Life, Aqua Bad, Metronom Theater, Königsberg Pilsener Arena, Legoland or the Gasometer with its changing exhibitions, the Olga Park (grounds of the Landesgartenschau 1999), as well as the castle Vondern, are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The ramps of highways A42 in the direction Duisburg or Essen are about 200 meters away from the house and provide the opportunity to further explore the sights of the Ruhr region.
