Our 50sqm apartment is absolutely centrally located but quiet. It is located on the ground floor of the 1st. Rear building in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, directly on the popular Helmholtzplatz. It is newly renovated (November 2017) and comfortably furnished. Access to the 2. Backyard with a small garden and terrace offers in the middle of Berlin a quiet and dreamy retreat – in the middle of Berlin!
The apartment has a lovingly and modernly furnished living and sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed, a cozy seating area to relax, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully equipped and has a connection to a small garden with a nice terrace.

We are in the café next door from Sunday to Friday from 8:00 to 17 00 clock like for you there.

The Berlin City Tax is payable locally in cash.
