Our beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, about 50 meters from the famous Kollwitzplatz. It is located on the second floor of the quiet back building. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen, living room with large library & fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, wooden parquet. The backyard is bright, well maintained and wonderfully green. The house is a monument-protected, newly renovated Gründerzeitaltbau from the year 1895.
5 min walk to div. Tram stops & suburban train.
Div. Supermarkets & bicycles available within walking distance.
Numerous cafes & restaurants of all kinds within walking distance.
W-Lan, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, shower, bathtub.
The check-in time is 17: 00-20: 00.
Check-out time is 12:00.
Minimum rental: 5 nights at a time
Final cleaning: 70, – EUR
Max. 4 persons.
Non-smoking (but smoking on the balconies possible).
Please do not pets.
Very quiet house, please no parties.
We are looking for a culture-loving couple or a nice family with max. 4 people.

We would officially conclude a standard rental contract for renting a holiday apartment in advance, require a copy-out card and ask for a deposit before the beginning of the rental period. H. V. 300, – EUR, which we return within 1 week after departure.
Please transfer the full amount in advance of receipt of the contracted rental agreement.
