Property Description
The apartment is located in a side street. Wardrobe in the hallway. The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen: 4 ceramic hob stove (with oven), microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, washing machine. The bathroom has a tub with shower curtain and shower bracket, hand basin and a toilet. Only public TV programs can be received.
Arrivals are only possible until 6 pm and at a time agreed with you, as we approach the apartment for the arrival. Delayed arrivals between 6pm and 9pm will be charged extra with 30 Euro evening supplement for the arrival service of a freelancer.
The apartment is offered since 2010 as a holiday apartment and has according to OVG 5 B 53. 16, grandfathering. The host can charge a security deposit of 50 € (for bookings of 30 nights or more 300 € deposit) against receipt. The deposit will be returned upon departure. The host makes a separate written check on arrival. Only public television channels, no private broadcasters.
