The decor is completely, modern and sought after selected. There is a lack of nothing. Therefore, a longer stay is quite possible and very pleasant. In winter, the ski, tobogganing and hiking pleasures, in the summer invites the Müggelsee for bathing. Shopping and going out are recommended in the Bölschestraße around the corner. The traffic connection to the city center is very good. The tram is only a 5-minute walk away and takes you in all directions. In three stops or a 15-minute walk you are at the S-Bh Friedrichshagen. From here to the main station it is about 30 minutes and to the S-Bh Ostkreuz pass about 15 minutes.
There is a wide range of gastronomic options and a good transport connection by car, bus, S-Bahn and tram in the nearby Friedrichstraße boulevard, the Bölschestraße.
Our 5 star apartment is 70 square meters; Here can sleep 1-6 persons. The equipment is comfortable and in a prime location not far from Lake Müggelsee. The friendly and appealing furnishing also make a longer stay a pleasant experience. The apartment has central heating, a flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons (180×200 cm), which is embedded in a larger residential area, so that also a baby or toddler could.
The floor of the apartment is made of vinyl, the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen is a complete fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, water cooker and toaster in set, extractor hood, window and is fully equipped with daily necessities. The bathroom has a bath with shower, hanging toilet, mirror, small closets, hairdryer. The parking lot is located directly at the house and is free. Per person 3 € energy costs. The city tax (city tax, 5% of the accommodation price) is for business travelers.
