Our high quality furnished holiday home (52m²) is located on a private property in the immediate vicinity of the Müggelsee and has everything that guarantees a relaxed, carefree stay. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, wardrobe, table with 2 armchairs, LCD TV and a clock radio. Wi-Fi is available. The bedroom has a double bed and the ensuite bathroom has a spa shower. A separate kitchen with dining area includes various electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) and crockery and cutlery in sufficient quantities. In summer you can have breakfast on a separate terrace.

which is located in Berlin-Friedrichshagen. Friedrichshagen lies directly in a wooded and lakeside landscape of the district of Treptow-Köpenick the ‘green lung of Berlin’.
The Müggelsee with park, boat dock, swimming area, Spreetunnel, various restaurants and shopping ‘Bölschestraße’ are on the doorstep.
At the same time, with the direct connection to the road and S-Bahn network, there is a quick opportunity to visit the center of Berlin.
