Our modern guest apartment with a beautiful balcony on the first floor of an apartment building is located in a quiet suburb of Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz.
The Buchberg is a popular recreational area. Over ten kilometers of marked hiking trails, including the Witnesses Mountains, invite you to go hiking, jogging and mountain biking. The Buchberg is known for its beautiful views of the foothills of the Alps and the Neumarkt basin.
The city center of Neumarkt with shops, sights and museums, leisure activities but also bars and restaurants in a reasonable variety can be reached in about 5km. If you want more information, we are happy to help. But also Nuremberg can be reached quickly by S-Bahn.
The A3 and A9 motorways, as well as the B8 and the B299, ensure a smooth journey.
The penthouse offers a quiet bedroom with double bed (160cmx200cm), a desk with chair, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite channels.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, a bidet and a bathtub with shower enclosure.
In the spacious entrance area, a dresser, a small fridge and a shoe cabinet are available.
The living / kitchen area is the heart of the apartment and invites you to linger with its warm atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter with bar stools. It includes a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker (Senseo), pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
For dining together, a dining table with four chairs is available for you.
The cozy couch in the living room offers plenty of space to relax and can be used for two guests. These include a coffee table, a wall unit with books and a TV with satellite channels.
The large balcony can be used by the canopy all year round, but offers in good weather a great place in the morning sun. Here you can enjoy breakfast and a great view of the Winnberg on the seating area with table.
