You want to enjoy with a larger group with family or friends, the mountain air and countryside with its many recreational opportunities? Then you are right here! You will find spacious rooms for the common experience and socializing and plenty of withdrawal options for the time with yourself. Of course we also children and their four-legged friends are welcome. The house is on four levels.
The ground floor comprises 148 square meters and is equipped with a lounge area with wardrobe and information display, a spacious lounge with large dining table, a living room with reading islands and large flat screen TV, DVD player and radio, a perfectly equipped kitchen with modern appliances and additional seating, as a working space, including washer and dryer. Also on this level is the master bedroom (accessible) with double bed as a private bathroom with shower and toilet (please note that the shower has an entry of about 10 cm in height)!
In. 1 Upstairs you will then be expected to 145 square meters more 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 doubles and 2 singles. The special? Each room has its own small bathroom with shower and toilet! Thus, we guarantee maximum privacy. Another luxury are the balconies which are located on all rooms!
The second. Upstairs offers another 60 square again 2 doubles. One with shower and toilet, the other with tub and toilet. Both rooms also have a private balcony. Also in. 2 OG is a playroom for the little ones. When booking up to 8 guests, this floor is finished! When booking more than 8 people, open!
But that special something is still waiting! In the basement you find your personal oasis. Recharge your batteries in the Physiotherm infrared cabin, and let it all hang out in the quiet room. In addition, there is still a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The house has a fenced garden with lockable garden shed (for sports equipment) and a spacious parking with 5 parking spaces.
Of course, we have for you a free access to Internet (Wi-Fi), but want to simultaneously stimulate the high-tech equipment once in the holidays’ to send and stimulate instead prefer varied to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The house can be booked from an occupancy of 6 people, up to a maximum of 12 people and 2 babies (0-2 years). The final cleaning, as sheets, towels, heating, electricity and water are included in the price! Also on your well-behaved pet you have to do without, we warmly welcome on request and at a small cost!
In low season, the price for an occupancy of 12 people and 7 nights to 37.50 euros per night / per person
In the main season, the price for an occupancy of 12 people to 50.83 euros per night / per person
For babies, we charge 10 euros per night and are happy to provide you with baby cot and high chair! If you arrive with 12 persons + 1-2 babies, please indicate the number of babies in the note line and note that we will then send you the booking documents incl. The fee for the respective arriving babies.
Please note that we charge a surcharge of 200 Euros for bookings of less than 7 nights! The price for pets is 15 euros per night per pet.
