The apartment is on the first Floor and ground floor of a well-kept villa in a sunny location. The center of Garmisch and Partenkirchen, with its pedestrian zones, all shops and public transport can be reached in a maximum of 3-5 minutes. The station, the Zugspitze Railway, the ice rink and walking and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished has a north-west balcony with mountain views. You enter the apartment from the ground and passes through an open staircase in the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area. The living room has a corner sofa bed for 2 persons. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooker, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A corridor leads to the first bedroom with double bed (bed slats manually adjustable) and a second TV. After that, the bright, new bathroom is a toilet, shower and sink. A separate toilet is also available. At the end of the hallway is the second Bedrooms also (manually adjustable bed bases) with a double bed and a third TV. This bedroom offers a further sleeping accommodation for a child to an increase.
Downstairs there is a third Bedroom with private bathroom with shower and toilet. Also downstairs is a large room with a wardrobe where you can also submit the luggage easily.
The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and is equipped with a sofa and a table.
The whole apartment is fully furnished and equipped for 7 persons + child + baby. SAT-TV (3x), DVD player and stereo with CD player are available. If necessary, you can get a underground parking space to rent (€ 5,00 / day). Storage space for sports equipment such as skis or bicycle. Wireless Internet (flat rate) is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number. A cot (€ 10, -) and a highchair (Euro 5, -) are gladly provided.
