The apartment is located on the first floor, but has a private exterior entrance at ground level thanks to the beautiful hillside location. Bad Rippoldsau and the surrounding area offer a well marked network of hiking paths leading to the mountainous regions of the Black Forest with numerous natural highlights such as magnificent viewing platforms, natural lakes, creeks and valleys. In the immediate vicinity you will find opportunities to play miniature golf, visits to the open-air pool, fishing and much more in addition to extensive spa treatment options (such as the well-known mineral and mud bath). In the winter there are numerous ski lifts and idyllically situated and well-prepared cross-country skiing trails available. Popular excursions: Freudenstadt (20km), Triberg waterfalls (37km), Baden-Baden (80km), Strasbourg (80km), Freiburg (100km). The Konus Card included in the visitor’s tax gives you free travel throughout the Black Forest by train and bus.
