The “Ferienwohnung Weinberg” is located in a preferred location about 40 meters above the city. The neighborhood is very quiet, because the parking lot is at the same time the end of the way, there is no through traffic.
We love the moment when we first let our eyes wander down to the valley after arrival. Even from the parking lot you have a unique view. The terraced housing complex in the Bauhaus style nestles against the mountain. The apartment is located in the upper part of the complex and offers great views from windows and from the balcony.
This family-friendly holiday home is your home for relaxing days in beautiful Bad Lauterberg. The approximately 60m ² apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest, nestled between two mountains (Hausberg and Kummelberg) at the starting point of very beautiful hiking trails. And at the same time only about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular shopping street.
Bad Lauterberg, as a climatic health resort, offers excellent conditions for outdoor activities. The hiking trails start at your doorstep. In addition, it has two well-known bathrooms, Vitamar and Kirchberg-Therme, offering everything from swimming fun to wellness and relaxation.
Very tasty and varied restaurants invite you, if you want in the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. not even want to provide.

The apartment has a parking space right outside the door. Access to the apartment door is via four steps.

They holiday a “green” apartment. The central heating was converted to condensing technology. The new windows from Schüco insulate perfectly and keep the apartment warm. The roof was recently completely renewed and energetically renovated.

In the apartment pets are therefore unfortunately not allowed, and there is a total ban on smoking.

Getting there:
You can reach us in your own car. You can drive right up to the door. Arrival by train is also possible -> 15 min taxi from the station Barbis (district of Bad Lauterberg). Everything is within walking distance, if you are reasonably well on foot. The apartment is about 40m above the city center.
