Cozy architect apartment over 2 floors with 2 roof terraces, 2 bedrooms, own bar, fireplace, swimming pool and table tennis room. Ideal for families with children.
The apartment is located on the top floor and offers a unique view over the Lauterberg valley and the enjoyment of sunsets. Access to ski and hiking trails right outside the door.
In bedroom 1 there is a new box spring bed (1,80m x 2m). In the bedroom 2 a large bed (1.4m x 2m) with new mattress. In the living room, our new sofa bed can be opened to a bed and offers 2 adults a place to sleep.
Our small bar has its own refrigerator and a dispenser. If you order in advance, we can connect a small barrel of beer – for cozy evenings by the fireplace and a cold beer.
The first rays of sunshine in the morning are best enjoyed on our small roof terrace next to the bedroom 1. Our second large roof terrace to the south / west invites you to relax without glimpses of red / golden sunset with a sweeping view of the Lauterberg valley.
The communal swimming pool (4m x 8m – 1.2m deep) is ideal for morning sports and features a counter current system and underwater lighting. The swimming pool was completely renovated recently.
The guests have their own access to the apartment. Swimming pool and table tennis room are shared in the condominium.
We leave our guests absolute freedom. For important questions or problems, I am also available at short notice by mobile phone.
For check-in we give each guest a detailed briefing in the apartment and other facilities such. B. the swimming pool.
We provide bed linen, dish and hand towels.
Please bring your own towels and bathrobes.

To use the fireplace we provide firewood that will be charged after use.
