Our apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Osterbergsee. There you can relax with your family. Whether you go for a walk, want to do some sports. For each there is something to discover.
Spacious living room
Our very comfortable and modern living room of our apartment is equipped with warm colors and new furniture. We want you to feel at home with us from the first minute.
The apartment has a comfortable double bed and a pullout sofa bed for up to two people. A family of 4 can do so comfortably in our apartment in Bad Gandersheim holidays.
Modern entertainment system and wireless LAN (Wifi)
For the best entertainment of our holiday a large flat screen television, HDD satellite receiver, cordless landline telephone, as well as free wireless LAN internet access (WiFi) is provided. Whether you for business or want to use the up to 100 Mbit fast internet – you will need to give up anything. With our entertainment system, you do not miss anything. If you are away from home and come back later, you can record your favorite movies and enjoy later.
Bedroom – a place of relaxation
Like sleeping on cloud 7 – we wish our guests. Our new comfortable double bed you can really relax and recharge your batteries for the new day. In our generous wardrobe stow easily your luggage and your clothes. Next, see the wardrobe even more sheets and towels. For our guests the generation smartphone we have a charging station set up, so that your devices can recharge your batteries.

We know that a nice bathroom for a good start in the morning is important. For this reason, we have placed great emphasis on a modern yet homely atmosphere value. Our Rainshower shower you will enjoy. The entire apartment is the way and thus operated CO2 neutral environmentally friendly. Our own solar system for heat & power generation, modern SOLARvent pellet and the basic provision of our natural electricity power suppliers provide a holistic energy concept. Optionally, you can also use our new washer / dryer. Iron and ironing board are also available.
Comfort fitted kitchen & dining area
Whether you want to cook on vacation with love or just want to use the convenience of a new fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances – in our kitchen-dining room, we leave no wish unfulfilled. Our kitchen has a large freezer / refrigerator combination, a convection oven, a ceramic hob with cooker hood and a large dishwasher which also to additional energy savings to our solar / pellet heating supply is connected. Our kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
