Then you are right in House Tanja, located in the picturesque holiday Leinsweiler.
Our cottage opens out over two floors with a floor space of 80 square meters. The house is fully furnished with great attention to every detail and radiates with the most modern and exclusive features.
In the lower part there is the bathroom, the kitchen and the living-dining area from which you reach the large south west facing balcony with a wonderful view into the Palatinate Forest.
The pivotal fireplace in the beautifully decorated living area is perfect for cozy evenings. Here is also a person the opportunity to spend the night on the sofa bed.
The upper floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed.
Visitors can decide whether you will be cozy and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer) selbstverpflegen themselves or attempt culinary journey in the Palatinate and try the surrounding wineries and restaurants.
The spacious outdoor area is fenced (1 meter) and offers a free discharge dogs.
Arrival and departure on Saturdays (changes if necessary after consultation outside the main season).
An additional night will be charged if the minimum stay of 7 nights is different.
The rental includes towels, sheets and water consumption, as well as Internet access and telephony within Germany landlines.
Your personal consumption of gas and electricity, we expect from when you leave.
The deposit of 200,00 € to be paid upon arrival in cash.
Pets, especially dogs, are welcome and are to a flat rate of 49 € / week per pet.
Fire wood for the fireplace, you can get an extra charge.
New in 2017 is now even more comfortable with air conditioning!
