The cottage Helmut, located in the picturesque holiday Leinsweiler is worth the trip.
Our cottage opens out over two floors with a floor space of 80 square meters. The house is fully furnished with great attention to every detail and radiates with the latest and very high quality equipment.
In the lower part there is the bathroom, the kitchen and the living-dining area from which you reach the large south west facing balcony with a wonderful view into the Palatinate Forest.
The fireplace in the beautifully decorated living area is perfect for cozy evenings.
The upper floor has two double beds in each separate room.
Visitors can decide whether you will be cozy and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer) selbstverpflegen themselves or attempt culinary journey in the Palatinate and try the surrounding wineries and restaurants.
The spacious outdoor area is completely fenced (1 meter height) and offers dogs a freewheel.
Arrival and departure on Saturdays (changes if necessary after consultation outside the main season).
The rental includes towels, sheets and water consumption, as well as Internet access and telephony within Germany landlines.
Your personal consumption of gas and electricity to invoice during check out.
The deposit of 200,00 € to be paid upon arrival in cash.
Pets, especially dogs, are welcome and are to a flat rate of 49 € / week per pet.
