The House
For many decades, the house was divided into two apartments – now it’s “reunited” and after the renovation now fully leased: 130 square meters with a total of well over two floors. On the ground floor: the dining hall with fireplace, new fitted kitchen (cooker with four ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), tea kitchen, Living room with pull-out sofa-bed, a TV and DVD player, the red room with garden views and a connecting room with relaxing couch.
Upstairs is next to a large and a small bedroom and the dormers gallery with the best view of the garden and the surrounding fields. The smaller bedroom has two single beds, the large with a 1,60×2,00 meter bed. Overall, the house for up to six people is equipped. Important to know: The ceiling height on the ground floor is only about 1.95 m.
Heating is by LPG. All power is green power.
A dog is welcome. About a second or cat can talk.
The 2100 square meter property is fenced on two sides and to the rear by a moat and a proliferation-hedge on one side by the proliferation of other fields or Adjoining sites separately. The side door opens to the old orchard. Here thrive especially apples and quinces, but also raspberries, bromine and gooseberries. Behind the house there is a paved terrace and several ponds, but they are not intended for swimming. The majority of the garden is planted with grass. A table tennis table is available.
Because of the thatched houses in Diekhof, but also in parts of Pronstorf and Strenglin there is prohibited year-round any fireworks.
