Our detached holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people. It has about 125sqm of living space on 2 floors and is set on a 800sqm of landscaped garden plot.
There are only 13 km to the beautiful resorts on the Baltic coast (Scharbeutz, Timmendorf, Travemünde).
The outdoor area consists of a small front garden and a large back garden. This has besides a large play area with mature trees (apple, Plaume) a cozy gazebo with garden furniture for 6 people. A barbecue is available. In carport is space for up to 3 cars.
On the lower floor are located next to 2 corridors (front and rear), a spacious dining room with large table and a Danish stove. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully furnished (incl. Oven, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker). The living room has a couch, 2 armchairs and a LCD TV with DVD player. The large bathroom is stylish in courts and has a heated floor and a walk-summer rain shower.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (all depending 1,40×2,00 and continuous mattress) and ways to store clothes. The first bedroom is small, cute and with a further LCD TV with DVD player. One of the two spacious bedrooms has another Danish stove. The small bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet.
