The living area (130m²) is spread over 3 floors. In the basement, which offers an additional living area, a bedroom with 3 single beds and tiled stove is located with access to a separate terrace. Here are also a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine and Sauna. After a session in the sauna you cool off in the non-accessible terrain or relax on the covered balcony overlooking the mountains.
The ground floor has a guest toilet, the kitchen and the living area, which is heated by a tiled stove. In addition, you can chill out at the open fire place. The wood is available free of charge. From here you have access to the panoramic balcony, where you can sunbathe almost every season.
Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with double bed and loungechair, where you can relax with a thriller from the home library.
The house is supplied from a source with drinking water quality. The vehicle is parked in a dry covered carport, where you can also accommodate skis etc..
On the edge of the forest and meadows you can enjoy from a spacious, fenced outdoor area with biotope and creek. For the cooks: you are allowed to pick peppermint, sage, thyme, lavender in the herb spiral! Several furnished wooden terraces with comfortable sun beds are spread over the non-visible area, which you only have to share with fire salamanders and squirrels. Here on the southern slope of the Mirnock, the sunniest region of Carinthia, you have a wonderful view of the Alps and can be entirely with yourself. Holidays for all the senses!
The Almhaus lies on 1200 in a widespread area above the village Fresach a.d. Drau. A paved road goes up, only the last 300 meters are an unpaved forest road.
Please note: The road up is cleared from snow during the winter months and accessible with proper winter equipment. Only the last 80 meters are private road and have to be removed by oneself. If not already been done or if there is fresh snowfall, you have to remove this part by yourself.

Detailed directions you receive of course, also the Tel.-No. the caretaker. Upon arrival you will have access to the key, the beds are made and the refrigerator is running. In winter, the tiled stove is already fired. It takes 1-2 days until the room is completely heated.
