This spacious holiday home is in a wonderfully calm location at 1200 m altitude and has an indescribably beautiful view over the mountains and the Milstättersee. When the weather’s clear, you can see Austria’s highest mountain, the Großglockner. From the spacious living room, you can also enjoy a delightful panoramic view of the Milstättersee. The open kitchen with island has been fully equipped. This house also features two bathrooms and there is even a sauna on the ground floor. The four bedrooms are the cherry on the top. The garden provides a great deal of peace and sun with the many lovely seating areas, and also features a covered terrace and barbecue. A carport is available for the car and there is ample space by the house for further cars. The ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Goldeck are just 20 minutes by car, and the bathing area of the Milstättersee is just a 10-minute drive. A range of hiking paths is right outside the door. The Mirnock and the Kneipp circular walks are highly popular. Two restaurants can be found within walking distance and you can find shops and several more restaurants in Döbriach. The bathing areas, offering plenty of water sports options, can also be found here. All in all, a wonderful place at which to spend your holiday.
