Description
Classic tall ships are rare nowadays, but no less beautiful, elegant and exciting to sail than in their day. The Moonfleet, a steel hulled Gaff Cutter from 1930, is no exception, and this two hour sailing opportunity should not be missed by amateurs or experienced sailors. Get involved or simply enjoy the ride; it's each to their own, but should passengers wish to join the crew in activities such as weighing anchor, hoisting the mainsail and even steering this grand vessel, they're more than welcome to do so. Set sail from an antique Victorian pier and take in the stunning landscapes of the Jurassic coastline, the Isles of Wight and Purbeck and then on towards Anvil Point Lighthouse or Old Harry Rocks.
