Step aboard the imposing Moonfleet, a 1930s cargo vessel turned sail training boat, and discover the skills necessary to sail a tall ship from yesteryear while enjoying a three hour scenic trip down the Jurassic coast. Set sail from a Victorian pier and catch the fresh sea breeze, heading towards either Studland Bay and Sandbanks via Old Harry Rocks or Durlston Bay via Peveril Point. Both routes offer impressive coastal landscapes, unmissable photo opportunities and the chance to get involved in steering and weighing anchor or just to relax on the gentle waves – it's not compulsory to learn the ancient art of sailing, but it's definitely satisfying.
