The dining area affords lovely estuary views and has a large oak table with six rattan chairs. Double French doors lead out to a large area of decking with glass topped table and six chairs.

The third bedroom – ideal for children has cabin-style bunk beds, flat screen TV/DVD and Nintendo Wii. N.B All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot with mattress, a bag of high quality toddler toys, a folding wooden highchair, a steriliser and a play mat for infants are available.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a shower room (on the lower floor), with fully tiled shower cubicle with power shower, wash hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and under-floor heating.

PRIVATE BEACH AND MOORING Steps lead down through a cliff garden to a spacious private beach (for Woodside Beach guests only), with decking, barbecue and rock pools to explore. A single running mooring is included but subject to pre-booking and availability, for a small boat or dinghy with tiller steering only. A swinging, deeper water mooring may be also available for boats up to 17' at a cost of £150.00 per week – please call for further details.
PARKING Allocated parking for one car in the garage on Cliff Road. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
