The ground floor features oak flooring throughout, with carpet on the stairs, landing and bedrooms. The ground floor has a large entrance hallway leading into a light and bright lounge area.

BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms – all on the upper level. The master bedroom has a super-King size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a luxurious, fully tiled en suite shower room with power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and under floor heating. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and fitted wardrobes, whilst the third bedroom has twin 3' single beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot, high chair, stairgate and children's cutlery and crockery are available for younger guests.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) there is an equally lovely, fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and under floor heating.

OUTSIDE In front of the house is a good sized, South-facing terrace with dining table and chairs. In addition there are two other small terraces, the upper one being a sun terrace with loungers.

PARKING For two cars on drive.

OTHER INFORMATION The property has gas central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband available. One well behaved dog is permitted – food and water bowls for the dog are provided.
