Nearby Durdle Door, a large rock formation likened to a doorway arising from the sea, is a must visit attraction; a popular beach offering snorkelling and cliff walks. A lazy trip along the coast will take you to Swanage in the east and Weymouth in the west. Days can be filled with activities such as a boat rides along the coast, walking along the coastline searching for fossils or exploring the many geological and historical sites nearby.
