This pretty cottage is situated at Dinas Cross between Newport and Fishguard on the spectacular North Pembrokeshire coast.
A lane and footpath lead to the tiny Aberbach beach just over half a mile away (not accessible by road).
Dinas has a couple of village shops, cafe, fish and chip shop and pubs which serve food as well as Pwllgwaelod and Cwm yr Eglwys beaches.
Newport and Fishguard offer a wider range of shops and restaurants.
The house is on a bus route and makes a perfect base for a great holiday.
Entrance is via a porch where you can leave your walking boots and into the open plan sitting AND dining room with a woodburning stove.
The sitting area is furnished with two comfy 3 seater sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV with DVD player and occasional furniture.
The dining area has a dining table with 8 chairs, sideboard and bookcase with a selection of books and games. There are glazed doors leading to the SUN room which has two upright armchairs, coffee table, small games table with 2 chairs and patio doors leading to the garden.
The kitchen has a range of fitted units, electric hob and oven, larder fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a utility/cloakroom shed with boiler, freezer, washing machine, WC and basin.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe.
bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside chests with lamps and a wardrobe.
bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedside chest and wardrobe.
bedroom 4 has a single bed and a chest of drawers.
The large family bathroom has a suite of bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

There is an enclosed rear garden and patio area with garden furniture.
A side garden door leads to the lane which in turn leads to a woodland and coastal walk.
There is parking for one car on the drive and more on the roadside.
Other Information
There is oil central heating throughout the cottage, this is included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week from October to April – payable when booking.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest (not for beach use).
