Very well appointed with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, the cottage offers direct forest access and also enjoys the use of an enclosed courtyard in addition to the owners' beautiful gardens. Deer and other wildlife are often seen in the grounds . The gardens and associated woodlands are extensive and so parents please note that play and exploring should be supervised! A delightful holiday base in a tranquil part of the New Forest National Park.

Outside: The cottage is approached through the owners' woods, itself approached by an unmade road. The cottage is set at the rear of the owners' home, is very private and enjoys an enclosed courtyard with a sitting out area beside the front door and a pretty arbour ideal for barbecues. The extensive 5 acre grounds that surround the property include a 1.5 acre paddock, beautiful landscaped gardens with a covered 5ft deep fish pond, and 1.75 acres of forest, all of which guests are welcome to explore.
