Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen , flat screen TV with Freesat, music centre, feature fire, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Door to decked area. Bedroom 1, with double bed, en suite shower, WC and whb, hairdryer. Shower room, with shower, WC, whb and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2, with 2 x 3ft single beds, hairdryer. Large decked area with table and chairs. Parking . Rent inclusive of gas central heating and electricity. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Non -smokers. 3pm takeover.
