Property Description
S87281 is a second holiday home at Mulberry Hill, just a stone's throw away from our very popular Mulberry Hill cottage. Set in a wonderful Victorian walled garden and close to the magnificent Three Cliffs Bay, Tor Bay and The Gower Way footpath, which runs along the centre of Gower offering stunning panoramic views out to sea.
S87281 overlooks Three Cliffs Bay. A quiet location, away from the road and backing onto the National Trust land of Cefn Bryn. The setting is ideal for walkers with 'The Gower Way' only from a short stroll from the property, which offers walkers stunning panoramic views of Gower and beyond. There are other footpaths directly outside the property.
Both Mulberry Hill Cottage and S87281 are located in a landscaped Victorian garden which guests are welcome to use; the same goes for the Victorian gazebo which has stunning views down into Three Cliffs Bay.

The bedroom on the first floor is the old Victorian school room and from the 2 arm chairs you can enjoy views of Three Cliffs Bay and Cefn Bryn.
**note** Because of the narrow stairs leading up to the bedroom and down to the shower room, further steps in the garden and an unprotected garden pond, the property is not suitable for young children or anyone with limited mobility.
