The setting is ideal for walkers with 'The Gower Way' only a short stroll from the property, which offers walkers stunning panoramic views of Gower and beyond. There are other footpaths directly outside the property.
Both S87351 and The School House are located in a landscaped Victorian garden which guests are welcome to use; the same goes for the Victorian gazebo which has stunning views down into Three Cliffs Bay.
S87351 is a detached cottage on one level with views out to sea. It is approached up a set of steps at the top of the garden.
It has central heating in addition to a wood burning stove (wood provided) in the main living room

Bedroom: Double bed, mirror fronted wardrobe, chest of drawers and has an en suite bathroom, furnished with bath and separate shower cubicle, as well as underfloor heating.
External: Patio area with garden furniture and share of the main walled garden, which features a garden pond.
Laundry facilities available from owner on request.
