There are numerous beaches and coves close-by and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Preseli hills for those who enjoy walking.
Adjacent to the owner's house and down a country lane, the barn has recently been converted into modern accommodation with under floor heating powered by an air-source heat pump.
The sitting room has a log burner and is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, occasional furniture, TV and DVD player.
There is a SUN room off the sitting room with occasional chairs and coffee table.
The fully fitted contemporary shaker style kitchen/diner has views down to the Western Cleddau river valley. It is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob and oven. It has a modern dining table and four chairs.
Leading off the hallway is a utility room with sink, washer/dryer, WC and wash basin.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has lovely views down the valley.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The family bathroom has a modern white suite of bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin.
Garden and Parking
Outside there is a private lawned garden with garden furniture and an arch in the stone wall leads to a larger open sharde garden with lawn, picnic table and woodland views.
There is ample parking for two cars.

Heating is by an environmentally sound air source heat pump and electricity – all of which is free of charge.
Logs for the wood burning stove are included.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
